Our Team

Rodolfo Argüello, EA, CLU, MBA - President

Rodolfo is a business consultant in organization of new businesses, design of internal control and financial accounting, income tax planning and a specialist in representation of taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He is an insurance agent for the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies and Insurance Broker for other insurance carriers, i.e. Blue Cross of California, Crusader Insurance Company and State Compensation Insurance Fund. His affiliations include: the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the California Association of Enrolled Agents, the East Bay Association of Enrolled Agents, the National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Mission Merchant Association and the Nicaraguan American Chamber of Commerce of Northern California.

Jorge Argüello, Vice President and Controller

Jorge Argüello holds a license from the California Tax Education Council and runs the accounting and tax department, with the primary funtions of bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses with different types of organization, i.e. sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations and non profit organizations. Our clients represent a kaleidoscope of businesses, such as: restaurants, auto repair shops, general contractors, artisan contractors, clothing stores, beauty salons, dental labs and others.

 

Mery A. Trujillo, Customer Service Manager

Mery A. Trujillo has a property and casualty insurance license from the California Department of Insurance, as well as a license from the California Tax Education Council. She performs the in-house sales and customers service for insurance of autos, home, commercial and bonds.

Mery also prepares income tax returns for individuals and small business owners.
